Before today, I had no large platters. Whenever I would cook something large, it posed something of a dilemma. It was one of those minor annoyances that I just kind of put up with, and never found the time to address, since it only periodically caused a problem. Until today. . .I had offered to bring a veggie tray to an event today, and was going to cobble together something to use, but decided to finally "treat" myself to a platter. Grand total? $16. Seriously, sometimes I need to just get out there and do it. But then, that's what this blog is all about, because I never do that.
